Momo the Scary Face

a ghost named momoThe post with Momo has got viral on Twitter very recently. It has a scary photograph of a deformed face with a phone number. The rumor said that the number could be traced back to Japan. And if you contact Momo and you get a reply, it will contain gory images of violence and murder.

The Mr. Bear’s Show

bearCreepypasta blurs the boundary between fact and fiction. And one of the portal’s notoriously unsettling story was the story of Mr. Bear’s Show, a.k.a. Caledon Local 21. At a glimpse, the show might look like a benign and regular kid’s show. The character was a human dressing in a brown bear costume. But then, as we watch more of the videos, the disturbing things slowly get noticeable.

Mr. Bear invited kids to play with him. And as the show progressed, he led them one by one to the cellar. The existence of the show has been rumored to exist only in Caledon, a real city in Ontario. And from the video’s dating, we can deduce that it aired sometime in 1999, a year when there were many cases of kids went missing in the area.

I Feel Fantastic Video

burial groundNo one knows when exactly the video of I Feel Fantastic went online. But one thing is for sure. You will get goosebumps just by watching the video and listening to the creepy song.

I Feel Fantastic shows a feminine mannequin singing a song with only, “I feel fantastic,” as its lyric. The music is also as eerie as the lyric. And somewhere near the end of the video, several frames of random places appear. It is like the creator of the video is trying to convey a subliminal message to the viewers.

What is scary about I Feel Fantastic video is the speculation of the video maker being a psychopathic killer. The symbolism in it strongly resembles the one from a fictional psychopath, Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs.

The presentation of a female mannequin singing the phrase, “I feel fantastic,” might be a form of relief of the creator’s identity insecurity. It is highly possible that the maker was a man with queer gender identity. And the way he coped up with his condition was by killing young women and then savored their existence. The random places popping up in the videos were likely to be the places where the bodies of his victims were buried.
